| The most important to me is that making the person feel important and making it sincerely will start a good interpersonal relationship with my co-employees. In this way, we could only focus on making and do our job well instead of watching other person’s mistake. It is very important because we could uplift the moral and character of other person also, therefore making them work well and knew that they are important. At the same time, my biggest AHA... makes me think of asking my husband to join Dale LTM to know the importance of dealing with other people properly. | I would like to thank the staff of Dale Carnegie , speaker-facilitator, and my classmates for making this course interesting. The most significant learning I gained from this course is the value of becoming genuinely interested in people as I show it through the “innerview process”. My job as HR manager give me the opportunity to inert a lot of applicants and the recruitment process becomes meaningful as I use the innerview.
