Greatest insight/benefit from this program: That following those acronyms made me spontaneous with my public speaking and give relevance to my topics. It made me say something short and simple BUT CONCISE.
Dale Carnegie has helped me improve the way I structure my training presentations, capture the heart of my participants and most importantly, realized that I can be more than just a trainer but an effective speaker too!

The most important to me is that making the person feel important and making it sincerely will start a good interpersonal relationship with my co-employees. In this way, we could only focus on making and do our job well instead of watching other person’s mistake. It is very important because we could uplift the moral and character of other person also, therefore making them work well and knew that they are important.
At the same time, my biggest AHA... makes me think of asking my husband to join Dale LTM to know the importance of dealing with other people properly.
My mission for my life after this training is start or continue treating other people well coz i believe everything goes well with good attitude.

I would like to thank the staff of Dale Carnegie , speaker-facilitator, and my classmates for making this course interesting.
The most significant learning I gained from this course is the value of becoming genuinely interested in people as I show it through the “innerview process”. My job as HR manager give me the opportunity to inert a lot of applicants and the recruitment process becomes meaningful as I use the innerview.
From now on, I would try to apply the Dale Carnegie principles as I strive to be a good person first, then a good leader.

Thank you all for 6 sessions we’ve been together. It’s been very fruitful. My biggest breakthrough is found in the 2nd session. The green light-red light thinking. I used to be a person who makes decision on my own.
Now, I have opened my mind to get ideas from as much people as possible, so that I’m not limited to my own ideas.

I have been training for almost 7 years in the call center industry. The High Impact Presentation training helped give me insight into techniques that gave structure to providing a “high impact presentation”. Through experiential learning these techniques gave life to an otherwise dull moment.
